The members participating in the discussion in the meeting must follow the following rules:-(a) To get the attention of the chairman and to speak only after the chairman calls his name or gestures, (b) the chairman Criticizing the conduct of the President except during the discussion of the proposal that he has not behaved favorably, (c) not discussing matters prohibited in the debate by Article 105 of the Constitution, (d) speaking rude, obscene, insulting, objectionable words or speaking in a way that is contrary to public decency or morals. No, (e) one should not criticize any decision of the House or the Speaker except in the case of speaking on a motion to overturn any decision of the House or the Speaker, and (f) the right to speak should not be misused with the intention of obstructing the work of the House.
